Nao Santa Maria

Poole bid regularly arrange for interesting vessels to berth at Poole quay to attract promote the area and attract visitors and the latest vessel to arrive was the Nao Santa Maria, a replica of the ship Christopher Columbus first sailed across the Atlantic in to discover America in 1492. The vessel is impressive if only for it's size and the crew it needed.
